Piglet Boozt

Iron is a key nutrient that is needed for growth as well as feed conversion in piglets. Piglets are born with 50mg, enough for approximately 1 week, therefore it is highly recommended that iron is supplemented, particularly in fast-growing pigs.

Piglet Boozt is a liquid iron supplement which is ideally offered via the Pump’n’Grow system but can be used in water bowls/troughs at a recommended rate of 50ml per 1kg liquid. Boozt should also be used even if piglets receive an iron injection at birth.

Piglet Boozt is an investment in overall growth, not solely the suckling period, and is a good tool to assist the smallest pigs at birth.
