Responsibility: what it means to us

Responsibility is making sure that we make balanced and ethical decisions for the benefit of our customers, our staff, our planet and our business.

We care because the population is projected to increase from 7.6 billion globally in 2019 to 9.7 billion in 2050. The pig population is predicted to increase from 767 million to 1.1 billion in the same time frame to meet the increasing food production demand. In order to feed the additional pigs in a responsible way, we need to act now to preserve resource and plan for future demand.
